About
I've spent 25 years in the theme park and experiential entertainment industry — from master planning and attraction design to on-site installation and operations. I've contributed to projects at Universal, TAIT, Falcon's Treehouse, major Korean developers, and independent IP holders across Asia and the US.
Today, I'm building AI-based tools that solve the industry's most persistent problem: the gap between creative vision and operational reality. When beautiful concepts fail in engineering review — months and millions of dollars later — it's not a creativity problem. It's a system problem.
3 US ride system patents granted. 25+ years experience. Currently developing an AI-integrated attraction development pipeline for theme parks, LBE, and immersive entertainment.
Patents:
Patent #11565644 — Jacket/Vest Passenger Restraint Systems and Methods Patent #10293265 — Systems and Methods for a Sphere Ride Patent #12311865 — System and Method for Inflatable Restraint for a Ride Vehicle
3 US patents granted. These are not concept sketches — they are legally recognized, buildable innovations in ride safety and experience systems.

What I Do
What I Bring to the Table
AI Development Pipeline : 🔄
An AI-assisted development system that aligns Creative, Engineering, Operations, and Capacity from day one — not after months of sequential review. → Faster feasibility. Fewer redesigns. Investor-ready from the start.
From Idea to Investor-Ready Concept Package
Not just images — decision-ready materials.
The output package includes components as below:
1. Master Concept Plan
2. Vision / Experience Definition — the core guest experience, and emotional target
3. Assumption & Risk Mapping — operational, capacity, safety/control, scalability risks; engineering unknowns
4. Spatial Feasibility / MCP — footprint, zoning, operational relationships
5. Guest Flow + Experience Heat Map — circulation, sightlines, dwell time, perception zones
6. Concept Narrative — key art, diagrams, system explanation, storytelling, operational narrative
7. System Logic & Guest Flow — dispatch logic, guest throughput, circulation, load/unload, operational bottlenecks
8. Strategic Roadmap — phased development, feasibility study, technical validation, budget ranges
Output = creative intent + operational logic + feasibility assumptions in one investor-readable format.
Not a simple render — an early-stage decision package that investors, operators, and engineers can all read simultaneously.
